"Logansteno: Bought a VW?" (logansteno)

Since the 4th is tomorrow, here's a little challenge: Make yourself a garage consisting of 5 cars. All must be made by any american manufacturer, and all must have V8s. Those are pretty much the only rules.
Here's mine:
Chrysler 300 SRT
Chevrolet Corvette Z51
Ram PowerWagon
Chevrolet Camaro
Ford GT
Bonus points for low fuel efficiency.

As long as you have friends or family with one there is no reason to take up valuable garage space that could be used for a lovely 1970 Chevelle SS with an LS6 454.

Probably the coolest car GM's made ever. If i were rich and this was 1967, I'd buy this before an E-Type.
Vouges. True wire wheels. FWD. Shitty "high tech" V8. YES PLEASE.
Of course I meant the 4.1 Turbo trans am.
fuck. yes. the riviera was the most consistently awesome non corvette car GM made.
Ah. The first generation Monte Carlo SS. probably the most underrated Golden Age muscle car ever. Certainly my favorite.

I mean, the only one that would kinda be unacceptable would be the Ford, but that one even still doesn't break any of my rules.

My Abarth was designed by an American heir to an Italian company which now owns American companies, the engine was built in Michigan, then the rest of it was put together in Mexico. Sounds about right...

Compact: Studebaker Lark. One of the few Body-On-Frame Compacts with a 289 cid V8
Intermediate: Cutlass SX. Sleeper looks and cost less than a 442 back in the day with all the luxury goodies of the Cutlass Supreme. Had a Rocket 455 rather than the 350.
Full Size: Lincoln Continental or Cadillac Fleetwood or Oldsmobile 98. Hard to choose, the Lincoln has more style, but the Cadillac has more room and the Olds is gorgeous.
Personal luxury/Sports: Why go fast when you can go in style and comfort? I'd take the Eldorado or the Toronado.
Truck/Utility: Dodge Power Wagon. You'll need something practical because you can't get your white interiors of your ultra-luxury machines dirty.

I'm almost too late to the party, but I wanted to contribute anyways (In no particular order):
1963 Imperial Crown
1976 Cadillac Fleetwood Wagon (almost brown as well)
1959 Ford F250 4x4
The 1972 Ford F100 'Snake Truck' from The Road Warrior
And finally, a 1974 AMC Matador Coupé

Yeah, but I think he's a US citizen. The heirs to FIAT, the Elkan brothers, are both Americans.
